We Turn Your Innovative Tech Into Absolute Must-Haves

From initial concepting to final prototype testing, our end-to-end services will take you from napkin sketches to market-ready products. We leverage state-of-the-art tools and techniques to design and build audio/visual prototypes that look and feel like the final product and perform flawlessly.

  • Project management | We’ll oversee the design and prototyping process, marshalling our team as well as a cadre of outside specialists and advisors when necessary.
  • Ergonomic design | A/V products demand extensive user testing. We’ll ensure your final product is safe, comfortable and a borderline work of art.
  • CAD-CAM manufacturing | We specialise in a wide range of processes, including 3D printing, laser cutting and injection moulding. We’ll find the right way to bring your product to life.

Whether you’re looking to reinvent your existing products or revolutionise the industry, our only goal is to see you achieve yours.

See and Hear Our Work for Yourself

Battling the environmental stresses of underwater videography, designing portable speakers that complement modern décor, manufacturing ergonomic in-ear headphones that capture the joy of touch and texture: the A/V products we’ve created have demanded unique solutions for their unique challenges.

The greater the challenge, the more it pushes us to adapt and grow. Here are a few of our more relevant designs, but browse our full list of case studies, and you’ll see we thrive no matter the challenge.

1

Research

The prototyping process begins with thorough research to understand market needs, user preferences, and technical requirements of your design. We analyse competitor products, gather feedback from potential users, and identify the latest design trends.

2

Design

Once the research phase is complete, the next step is to create detailed design plans. This includes developing sketches, technical drawings and 3D models to visualise the product. We aim to balance aesthetics, ergonomics and functionality, ensuring your design is both visually appealing and user-friendly.

3

Prototying

We turn our preferred designs into physical models using advanced prototyping tools and techniques. The prototypes we create will be fully functional, allowing for hands-on testing and evaluation. The goal is to identify any design flaws and gather feedback so we can continue to iterate.

4

Refining

Based on the insights we’ve gained from the prototyping phase, we’ll continue to correct errors and failings and add features. We’ll make necessary adjustments to the design, materials, and functionality to enhance the product’s performance and user experience. The refining phase may require multiple iterations to achieve the optimal design.

5

Launch

The final step is to prepare your product for market launch, which includes finalising the design and setting up manufacturing processes. Naturally, we’ll ensure the final design meets quality standards. Our services extend beyond prototyping — let us help you manufacture your product.
